Welcome to Brackendale Luncheon Specialties

I was raised on Brackendale farm in Clandeboye Manitoba. My father taught me how to work hard, be community minded and appreciate the land and all things it produces . My mother and family taught me how to cook and bake and to always serve plenty of good fresh food to family and friends. I grew up in a small community where I learned the value of working together for the betterment of the community and to serve others.

And so it seems a perfect fit that I now establish this luncheon service from my home community.

I have many years of experience in the food handling industry and have catered to many private functions in the past. I have many years of volunteering at various food related events in the community and hold a current food handlers certification. The commercial kitchen in the Clandeboye Community hall is home to my business.

I welcome all inquiries and take pride in helping you plan your event.

Delivery charges and mileage may apply and will be determined by menu, quantity and location.

Final numbers for all catering orders are required 7 days in advance of the booking date in order to purchase and prepare food items.
